A New Beginning π
For years, I had wanted to build a blog to have a platform for my projects and ideas. It has been a long overdue project of mine. At times it felt overwhelming to build, and other times I over-complicated it. Looking back, just having a WordPress blog could be more than enough, but I wanted to have control over the code of my blog so that I could add my custom components and maybe even bits of my web projects embedded within it.
The day has finally come. Since this is a baby project with no fixed boundaries, we will see together how this blog evolves over time. Still, some questions are in order: Why did I create this blog? What are the intentions behind it, what kind of posts will I share?
## Intention
My first intent is to share some **software projects**. Under these projects, I am thinking about creating devlogs in which I will share obstacles I face on a daily basis and how I overcome them.
One other goal is to **share some ideas**. I often have some interesting ideas that I capture in a notebook. This blog can be a great platform to expand on these ideas and start a conversation with other like-minded people, or people with varying ideas.
Some posts will be technically heavier than others. I want to keep my simple posts simple, while I want to really go in-depth in my more detailed and technical posts.
My current goal is to write one blog post per day, though this is an initial number and maybe I am not being very realistic. Time will tell.
I have a long list of ideas I want to go through, and hopefully I will learn about what I know in the process while also providing value - a place for me to gain mental clarity.
